What started as 500 silly words on a whim about a what if turned into maybe a 5 chapter mini-series series which then evolved into a 31 chapter, whole ass story. It consumed me in the best ways until life demanded more of me.
Somehow, I found the motivation to finish it out as I came so close to just closing it as it lies. Amateur writing isn’t for the faint of heart. It comes with demands you place on yourself, expectations, and criticism you didn’t realize cuts so deeply.
But it’s also rewarding and provides an amazing creative outlet. Hard to believe I had never written anything in my life before a year ago. This has been such a fun journey. Thank you for enjoying it with me ♥️
@kate_greenwood that will be awesome! If you do continue to write on your schedule and when inspiration strikes! I love your one shots. But I can relate to the job situation health care does not have creative outlets.
