I have been in and out of writing. I love writing, especially fictional stories. As a student, whenever I felt stifled or drained out, I felt the pang of words. Writing liberates me. It reinvigorates my spirit and helps me face life head on. However, I didn't try writing novels until a forlorn January evening in San Jose, California, when I hit upon an idea and began scribbling on a notepad. I was alone and with time at my disposal, I invested much of it in shaping the storyline. It  took me years to complete my first book, 'The Fourth Truth,' which is now doing rounds in search of a copy-editor. Meanwhile, I started putting together a collection of short stories and began working on my second novel.

The stories are mostly set in the backdrop of India and are largely inspired by the diverse Indian culture, values, beliefs, and tradition. I hope you like my work.
