Fuuuuuck༼;´༎ຶ ۝ ༎ຶ༽.  I'm trying so hard to lose weight but lately I haven't been following my diet ಥ_ಥ like I haven't gained anything but I haven't lost in awhile (1 month) and it's so painful but like I am 23kg (like I dunno 40 pounds or so) down already but still Ó╭╮Ò I am only a little under halfway done it's hard to follow the diet. Like what I would like to eat actually doesn't make me gain weight it just helps maintain it but to lose I gotta eat shit I don't like and the past 7 months have been hard. Years and years ago when I was a teen I did eat an ungodly amount of junk food. Then before losing weight I changed my diet and focused on maintaining for two years and then 7-8months ago I started this slowly but ya know getting somewhere well anyway that's about it really. Just this past 2 weeks especially I've felt like an empty pit again and I feel so confused I'm never even hungry I just feel empty (｡•́︿•̀｡) I dunno man but my BMI is also almost under 30 so that's exciting I guess (31.8 right now got 6 kg to go before under 30)
