Hi Makayla, thanks for adding The Chosen Path to your reading list! It's not really Sci-fi, it would fall under Paranormal or Fantasy as the characters have Supernatural powers. Maybe vampire since there is a Vampire in the story. Books 2 (Hidden Path) and 3 (Fork in the Road) can fall under Vampire as the vampires took over and stole the show. You'll see... @kay1aa- you can stick it wherever you want. Just fyi - Books in the paranormal fiction genre are set in the real world, but they include experiences that defy scientific explanation. For example, stories set on earth that include things like angels, demons, ghosts, psychics, vampires, etc. Science fiction is a genre of speculative fiction, typically dealing with imaginative concepts such as futuristic science and technology, space travel, time travel, faster than light travel, parallel universes, and extraterrestrial life. These are definitions I looked up online to explain to you better. But it is your reading list. You can put where you want. Just trying to clarify the differences of the two genres for yoy.

Hey! I chose it to be in Sci-fi because of their powers and the supernatural creatures. I don't know, I guess I just see things that are supernatural as sci-fi. It's a really great book so far. Thanks for following! Looking forward to reading more!
