Reading evelyns heart and it doesn't really make sense with the timings, cecelia says 6 years of kissing evelyn, basically meaning six years of their relationship, but ben was adopted at the same time and he was just shy of 12,so how is he 15?

Unfortunately, this is something I will not fix until publishing. As Ben is approaching his 16th birthday in book three, I have to figure out the best way to fix continuity. He’s definitely younger than 11-12 in book one. Also given that book two starts a considerable amount of time after, there’s a lot of problems with the timeline. Once I strip the books from Wattpad, the quality will be enhanced. But that’s months away.

Ah yes! Okay so here’s my take.
To kick it all off, Cecilia and Evelyn have no idea how to love each other correctly. Evelyn has no examples of how a relationship should work and neither does Cecilia. Evelyn was with Ava for three months so I think it hardly counts as any real experience. And then Cecilia came from the most toxic relationship with Nicholas. He was hitting her and their fights were ten times worse than how she fights with Evelyn. So given the context, I honestly think they love each other equally. I think they are equally obsessed with each other and genuinely have no idea what they are doing.
Cecilia loves Ben and yet she couldn’t stay away from Evelyn even when Mr. Hawthorne threatened his life. She physically couldn’t. And when Evelyn was shot, she waited for Cecilia and she never showed up. Still, their second interaction, they end up sleeping together. They express it differently of course, but I believe they love each other equally. I think it shows mostly when they forgive each other. Even when they can’t, they still end up together. I don’t know, toxic and insane but that’s my take.
