Welcome to my profile! My name is Kaylin Uglow and I am a writer, as most would assume on this account... ;) I graduated from La Costa Canyon High School in 2017 and am now in my second year as a screenwriting major at Loyola Marymount University.

Now, more about my writing! I am, of course, a huge reader, and I really enjoy dystopian society books. You will probably be able to tell by the stories I write... Writing for me is an easy escape from real life. I love the feeling you get when you feel as if you're actually the character you're writing about! Some of my favorite book series are The Hunger Games, Divergent, The Mortal Instruments, and The Infernal Devices. I also love John Green's books, like The Fault in our Stars and Looking for Alaska.

As I wrap up my biography, I want to leave my readers with a feeling that they truly do know me. I want everyone to feel that special connection, even if they don't actually know me.
