I took a big break from writing my story as I thought of new ideas and ways to improve it! I hope to start writing again this weekend :) on another note, I am just about to graduate kinesiology and I want to get experience writing fitness plans! Would anyone be interested if I created a story of my favourite workouts? It would be a free book for you guys to use to exercise :) I’d also add photos and specific instructions for each workout! Let me know if I should do that!
