FUCKING NUT!! alrighty boys, as anyone who’s actually read my posts knows, I thought that Spider-Man: Homecoming fucked up the MCU timeline... BUT IT DIDNT!! FEIGE IS BACK IN MY GOOD GRACES BECAUSE HOMECOMING IS INDEED SET IN 2017 TIME AREA. NUT. And this is because Phase One MCU is actually set a few years back from when we think it is, Iron Man was late 2007 and then Cap/Thor/Hulk/all that was 2008. And Avengers was 2009. 2009+8=2017. AGH YES NUT A WEIGHT HAS BEEN LIFTED OFF OF MY SOLDIERS!!!! 

When you wanna establish a timeline in a Spider-Man fic but realize that SM:H TOTALLY SCREWS UP THE MCU TIMELINE AND IS SET IN 2020 AND THAT SOMEHOW MAKES PETER 15 FOR FOUR YEARS STRAIGHT CAUSE CIVIL WAR WAS STILL SET IN 2016 IM GOING TO PUNCH A MARVEL EXEC IN THE FACE JEEBUS

Am I the only who's grossed out be Steve and Sharon's thing? Like ew he was in love with her aunt, but now that she's dead marvel will just hit him up with those unneeded romantic subplots that everyone loves. Hook him up with his dead true love's niece, makes total sense. Totally not grossed out at all.
