I want to update everyone. I am actively writing, however, progress is slow after so many changes in my life. I appreciate each of you! I do have a new chapter written but I am second-guessing it so bear with me as I make sure it's the direction I want the story to go first.

@rascala07 Thank you for reaching out! I plan on getting back into it sometime this summer. I got a divorce last year and it really affected my mental health and I didn’t want to write such negative feelings into my characters while they were at such a critical moment in the story. I’m a teacher too, so my summer plan is to get back into writing Book 3. :) I’m so glad you like it!

          This comment is for when you are back in writing form.
          
          Your chapters are unusually long. As @CrystalScherer says in her "Tips For Writing On Wattpad", splitting the chapters into more, shorter, chapters can help get you more readers, and thus more feedback.
          
          Readers can only vote once per chapter, so more chapters means more votes, which means a higher wattpad ranking, so your story is made more visible to prospective readers.

          Loving the series  despite being a bit annoyed about the lack of a proper ending to book 1.
          
          QUESTIONS:
          
          1.  Is there any point to my posting edit comments for book 2, or is it already edited and printed? I eased right back on edits in book 1 once I realised that they were probably pointless.
          
          2. Do you want edit comments in book 3 when I get to it? 
          
          My inner Proofreader From Hell probably won't let me stop making edit comments completely,  but I can cut down.
          
          My condolences on your divorce, and best wishes for your emotional recovery from the divorce.

Wow!! Thank you!  That is a VERY high compliment! I appreciate all the support, you have no idea! I am recovering emotionally and mentally from a divorce and am having a hard time getting back into continuing the third book. I WANT to so badly. I’m almost there, feeling back to normal and getting that “spark” back that drove me to write in the first place. Bear with me while I deal with all the “me” before writing again! I fully believe we pour ourselves into our stories and the part that is coming next is going to need a stronger version of me to write.
