there's a lot of people who don't feel comfortable talking to someone about their feelings but it's actually so important to share your feelings with someone or write them down!! if you write them down in a journal or diary it's very therapeutic. 

there's so much shit happening in this world right now and the last thing someone needs is to be treated bad. you are all beautiful inside out, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. you should all love yourselves unconditionally because you are incredibly special and wonderful.
