I havnt watched many sad kdramas, but uncontrollably fond and it's ok, that's love are very sad and emotional... descendants of the sun and heirs are very emotional but not SUPER sad (although thats just my opinion) I hope this helps, but if you need any other different genres, I have many suggestions!
