this is a reminder for myself TO NOT listen to sad songs, watching sad reels/content, spending too much time on tiktok/instagram, attached with my phone screen all the time, get out of my room, always clean my room, eat properly, drink enough water, get enough sleep, to not skip the most basic things i need to do, always read/watch the news, catch up with my studies, always practices the subjects that i take, to not listen to secular songs, to not be way extremely hard towards myself, trying new things, smiles at others, be kind but with limits, never skip my exercises, never skip my jog, to have control on myself, self respects over feelings, and more actually. this is a reminder for you guys too
