Alright guys. I'm asking you for help. My mom is the manager of a very high risk Joann Fabrics store. I have a lot of at risk family members as well, one of which lives with me. Joann's is technically classified as 'essential services' so they have to stay open. 
          
          Below is a link to sign a petition for the stores to close, it would mean the world to me if you would sign it and then let me know through here or the DMs. 
          
          I hate to ask for this help, especially since it's immensely minuscule in comparison to the other problems globally.

@BrookeNotAshley Yes, that's how we are thinking of it too. It really sucks for small businesses in particular. We aren't doing too bad either, I'm just trying not to take things for granted while we have them. Thanks for helping support!

@keskatoon04 No problem! My mom actually owns a small business—a pediatric counseling office—and we’re actually closing Thursday, or earlier if we absolutely need to, so I know it’s going to be tough.
            
            For me and my family, people’s lives matter more. A lot of people have it worse off than us though so I can’t complain!

@BrookeNotAshley  Thank you SO much! It means a lot to me, really. They are considered essential because small businesses need their products to survive economically. I'm trying to argue that though.  
            
            Most of the small businesses have closed for the time being due to this virus, so there is no need for their suppliers to stay open too. Hopefully that makes sense.
