I know that people are most likely wanting the next chapter for bad idea, right? but the kids aren't alright is one chapter away from being finished (technically, I have an epilogue but no idea what I'm doing for it), and it's almost finished at this point that I'm gonna work on that first, then I'll be free to breeze through bad idea, right?
          
          I say that while also planning on posting a robin buckley fic sometime with this week.

I know that I literally just updated, but I've taken down first light, I just really am unhappy with it and no matter how hard I try, I can't get myself to like it. so for my sake, it's better shelved so that I can work on the stuff that is more smooth sailing.

this first chapter of first light is actually kicking my arse

one thing I love about long car rides is that I'm forced to sit with my thoughts and can finally patch up annoying plot points that I've been trying to sort out for days (looking at you first light, you know what you did, I say as if I have zero control of the narrative).
