hi everyone, ive had a very hard past few months and the other day I relasped. It sucks because I was about to hit my 3 year mark of being clean next month. I am very disappointed in myself and I'm on the verge of doing it again. I really appreciate if some sent me some incouragement to not do it. thanks.
