Happy belated New Year! The last few months of 2025 were rough, including the loss of my grandma. She was my biggest cheerleader, gave the world’s best hugs and was my favorite person. She was also my last grandparent and it’s not lost on me how fortunate I am to be in my late 40s and still have had such an important person in my life; just now as a guardian angel. Hoping that 2026 can dial down the crazy!

I know I don’t post here much but as an 80’s kid, I’m truly devastated by the tragic passing of Malcolm-Jamal Warner (Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show). I’m an only child and he felt like a true older brother and over the years I love only ever heard how kind and humble he was despite his fame. May he rest in peace
