Hello, everyone! Happy New Year!
This is Kimahinasyon, formerly known as Ylreve. I’ve decided to embrace my pen name, Kimahinasyon, as it feels more fitting than Ylreve, which was simply my in-game name.
I owe you all a heartfelt apology for my long absence. Life has been busy, especially with school, and recently, I had to focus on preparing for one of the most important exams of my life (please keep me in your thoughts—I would really appreciate your prayers! ).
I also want to update you on Unparalleled. After much reflection, I’ve decided to temporarily take the story down for revisions. I wrote it almost five years ago, and rereading it now has revealed several plot holes and inconsistencies that I feel need to be addressed. As the creator—or, as I like to think of it, the “mother”—of these characters, it breaks my heart to think I’ve neglected my babies for so long. So, I’m here to ask for forgiveness—from both my characters and all of you who’ve supported me through this journey. To redeem myself and do justice to the characters I love so dearly, I’ll be revising the story extensively. While I know I can’t promise perfection, striving to make it better feels like the least I can do.
This year is the perfect year to revisit Unparalleled. As we unravel and discover more about the multiverse and the way our timeline overlaps with others this year, it feels undeniable that this is the moment to complete the story. The cosmic events and shifts happening right now seem to align so perfectly with the world of Unparalleled, and I can’t ignore the significance of this time. It is as though everything is converging to bring the story to life in a way I never imagined.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I hope you’ll continue to be part of this story as I work to bring Unparalleled back in the form that brings justice to the story and the characters.
