'   it is the first time in my live to feel this angry or maybe some other time but still i realizes that this things affect me so much what should i do ...?

I have never expect with just two hours of sleeping  I will dream about tone of different things when I woke up I go to the mirror and look at myself just looking at my lips make me a remember the The whole situation that I was in......... sometimes It makes me embarrass ahhhh how this happened?
