Updated Night Journeys!
I finally felt the urge to write last night so I wrote for as long as it lasted. It was a beautiful moment, soaking in the serene setting and typing away as I listened to the sounds of nature. Check it out!

does anyone else suffer from insomnia? cause I do. I love that I have school today and I’ve gotten a total of 2 hours and about 50 minutes of sleep. Sure that’s almost three hours, but my body feels so exhausted. I’ve been up since 04:40 and I just, I just want to go back to sleep, just for a bit. But I can’t. It doesn’t help that I literally have two tests in school that now I’m even more anxious about since I didn’t sleep well. Does anyone else deal with this? How do you cope with not sleeping well?

@kimseokjinoppassi no problem :) I understand that it’s super tricky to deal with, but please put your health before school! Talk to a doctor when it feels like it’s impacting your life and education, there’s no harm getting stuff checked out just to see if they can help!

@StobItFix Thank you!! It's just so hard to find a routine schedule when homework amounts vary by the day and some nights I can be done by 11pm and other nights I'm still working at 12:30-1am. I do, however, mostly have a routine wake up- 5:45am for school days and 9:00am for non-school days. But it's weird when my insomnia hits- I'll have fallen asleep with no problem then around 3-4am I'll wake up and not be able to go back to sleep which will lead to an anxiety attack (but I'm working on that). I've read that covering your clock can help take some of the stress- which it did- and last week I listened to music and that helped, too. I don't know though, if it's even worth talking to a doctor about since it only happens about once every two weeks. But thank you for the suggestions, I'll keep them in mind.
