I just had a really dumb idea of a spin on the string soulmate au you see everywhere
          Just your OTP fighting so someone decides to tie a string on your pinkies kinda like a ‘get along’ thingy where they’re handcuffed or something and eventually they make up so they go to take it off only to find out it’s stuck on both their fingers, they go back to fighting but end up blaming the person again for tying them together in the first place
          The person is all like ‘oops turns out you guys are actually soulmates lmao sorry not sorry peace’ and just leaves them to process it with the knowledge that the person who tied them knew the whole time but was getting sick of them being oblivious
