@blastaways     [ it wasn’t that she blamed all men.   no,  never that.   she knows plenty of spectacular  guys.   the taj brothers are the first to come to mind.   but this particular group of seemed more worried about nursing their beers than the lives of innocent women.  so yeah.  she is blaming them in this case.  ]  oh please,   let it be one of them and you’ll see a drastic change in reactions.     (  ..  )       though..   that is right.   it could be something entirely not human,  but from the few witnesses—-   they described it to resemble one.   which isn’t much of a lead..   because well..   men are everywhere.

@motenyis    maybe.. but there /is/ always something out to get them.    [one of those same papers find its way to her hands, and she’s more than careful when it came to holding it──suffering still from the memory of having to wear those gloves when those flame fingers of hers just couldn’t be controlled until she was about seventeen.   it may have felt easier to blame it on men not caring or simply being clueless to the world around them,      but that wasn’t it.       and she had her great grandfather’s written diaries to thank.  there was always a reason for silence,  especially in the face of terror]       the killer just prefers women,    that’s all..  who’s to say he won’t get bored and go for a man,     instead ? .. if it’s even a he in the first place.   or a human.

[ blue eyes watch as josephine moves from one place to other and for a moment,  she feels a bit guilty.  that the weight of the situation rests on the youngest of the taj siblings.  normally,  she’d speak to lavina if she had information.  ]    that’s right.   insensitive cowards—-       those women are someone’s mother,  niece,  cousin,  or daughter.  they mean something to someone and it becomes difficult to give them the justice they deserve, simply because /men/ are afraid of something that isn’t targeting them.
