Use warm water and saline to clear it. Then use a gauze to dry it. And use an ice pack for pain!

it’s actually so bad but basically he assumed we were dating (without even asking me) and was telling people that so I clarified it with him that we were just talking and then he was being rude to my friends and loads of other little things that made me realise I never actually liked him so I told him (in the nicest way u can tell someone that) and then he was like “okay cool I understand” but then he ss the message and sent it round & him and his mates were calling me a fat bitch and telling me to kms because I was honest with himm now when we walk past eachother it’s so awkward

I’ve just had a proper dentist trauma experience. The lady wanted to give me a xray on my teeth and so she put this rlly sharp rectanglular thing into my mouth and it was cutting my gum and she was making me bite down onto it and it hurt so bad I BURST OUT CRYING. IM SO EMBARRASSED IM NEVER GOING BACK WHAT THE HELL my mouth was obvs being held right open SO I LET OUT A SOB LIKE A FULL ON GENUINE SOB SINCE I WAS TRYING TO HOLD MY TEARS IN. I FEEL SO BAD SHE KEPT APOLOGISING
