Look for a lost fic.
The main character is an angel who is the lowest ranking angel and just wants to sleep all the time. It starts with the Angel sleeping on a balcony and being called for a meeting by god. All the angels come and he gets called out to watch over a person. I can't really remember anything else and I think it was discontinued a long time ago.
