note: this was partially made in honor of my irl bf who has dyslexia && adhd && saw himself in percy jackson && to myself who knew what it was like to be ostacized for neurodivergency. we bonded over the series at 13 && how it felt to be neurodivergent && the 'weirdos' of our clergy. annabeth chase is also very special to me because she showed me as a child that you can still be a strong individual despite circumstances in life && that, later on, you can be a child again. i'm an adult, about to be 22. this series && it's characters have never left me.
