I can answer !
Kitsune and Bakeneko are simiar mostly in their powers , for example they both will live very long and can have a human appearance , cat form , etc
They both have shapeshifting powers and can create fires , except Kitsune create blue fires and Bakeneko create a different fire
Bakeneko get only 1 tail , but i is said their tail is very long !
But I don't know much of Bakeneko , but I know they can "reanimate" corpses , possess and they also have a cat shadow
But I am not sure of mind control and illusion , sorry !!
Bakeneko are also the lucky cat , for example they are the white cat with the paw up for good luck ( with red )
But good luck , if you will become one !!
You are the first mythical that is a other Yokai that I know ! :D

Full Kitsune are usually full immortal and have to feed from their elements , without able to eat human food , and are more like spirits
There are two half Kitsune also ;
Half Kitsune who are humans who are possessed by humans since birth , so they age normally and can eat human food but have to eat from elements also
And half Kitsune , who are not possessed and are half human naturally , can eat human food but have to eat from elements also and are semi immortal
