Lucy is 11 years old and makes lies up all the time. She has never cut herself she has a very happy life. For some reason, Lucy thinks by telling you  she cuts herself and is Autistic, that you will like her more. I hope you can help her believe that you would all like the real Lucy, and lying is not the way to get friends.
