My birthday is in 5 days and I got a iPad as an early birthday present

I wanted to make a jellyfish fact book because it's a lot of people's favorite animal, and I wanted to see why people like it so much, so I made a fact book about jellyfish (not complete), I showed my mother and she starts asking why I can't put that much effort into my schoolwork, and that ruined my mood, so now I'm crying like a kid under my blanket because of a few words, pathetic.
