2026 rlly took "let's go back to your roots" literally, and dragged me back to posting more on quotev again, and writing original stories like i used to way back in my earliest wattpad/quotev era (which was almost 10 years ago jfc???)
          ive even been revamping both of the og stories i'd published here in 2018 before my fic era (thinking abt publishing one of them this year, if motivation sustains) fjhjkhjkdf ah, just like old times!

i could never understand the details of how the wp ranking system works, but Turn Around being #4 in realistic fiction out of like 8.1k+ stories for 2 days straight even tho it only has 4 chapters so far (including prologue) is so 'whoa!' to me ahhhhh

when you know the decision you made is a good one bc smth positive happens seconds later, like you watch it occur (and even better, it’s a similar theme to the vibes surrounding the decision you made)

          after months of nothing, i've returned at last with the prologue for Serenade! sorry for the long wait, it might happen again unfortunately, bc ive been leaning more toward writing original stories than fics, lately. 
          BUT since one of my 2026 writing goals is to publish more chapters for serenade, my hope is that's enough motivation for me to get to work on this fic!

finished my writing goals for the month, yayay!
          (technically i still had one more but given that i extended the publishing deadline to a few weeks later rather than tomorrow, i can also push back that specific goal a bit later too)

finished up my semester on friday, and wrote 2 ao3 oneshots for a fandom event this weekend to celebrate (resulting in me crossing out one of my writing goals for this month, yay! only one more left but there's a reason i saved it for last hgjkhgj)

(been focusing more on original stories than fics lately, and since i have a different account for original stories, im gonna mention any ones i update on here as well, so y'all dont think i dropped off the face of the earth lmaooo)
