I love books and the only thing I know is editing, as I've been an editor at m original country's Ministry of Information foreign news agency for over two decades and then I was forced to retire after getting involved in our countrywide agitation for democracy. Then I joined the US Information Service and worked there for the Book Program and Press Section for 11 years before I migrated to the US. I was in charge of publishing a monthly magazine in English, a bimonthly magazine in my mother language Burmese and I was also in charge of the Book Translation Program, under which I brought out 3-4 titles a year, mostly biographies (American presidents, famous American athletes, journalists, anchormen, inventors and publishers), books on science, space, drug eradication and economics and translation of American classics. Books are my drugs and I have to have a book in hand before I can go to sleep. And now, I also read things online when I can't get my hands on actual books.
