@Cherrylola12 not only you I've met many ppl here who in this fandom but don't know about BCD (Bts Chart Data) Basically he is the backbone of this fandom. Even bighit copied his promo techniques for bts lol. And the map you saw was from bcd website which he created for bts and army for free ( here we play bts rltd game, can track their streams and.many more things and as reward we get photocards) So what we did was posted our pre-save ss of arirang in bcd website and u have to select yr country for that. Then 3 ppl from north korea also submitted their ss in website. That's how it becomes a topic.
