i stg people on tumblr have like no rp etiquette… maybe it’s cause i had been rping on wattpad since like 2014 and i’m just used to what the rp community used to be like on here
          
          but i have toooooo many people liking my rp ads on tumblr and when i go to tell them who i’d like as a li they instantly go like “oh i don’t write males only females” or  “oh i don’t double” …. okay so why tf did you like my post then?? like why did you like my post expecting me to only play a love interest and male for you???
          
          like idk maybe its just cause i’m just used to the expectations of i play a love interest for you and then you play a love interest for me but it just annoys me that you like my post and only want me to play a male for you… like no LMAOOO
          
          but i digress because i honestly feel like the rp community is so dead on here so tumblr is like my last hope

            I don’t rp on tumblr but totally understand this. Even here on Wattpad though. I’ve have become used to using male characters in fandomless situations and it doesn’t bother me so much to play males. I just hate creating females when I know they aren’t going to get the same attention cause most people who rp ONLY want to rp as a female. 
            Which boundaries are great and I respect also, but yeah I see the frustration as well.

            NO LITERALLYYYY the whole reason i moved to tumblr was because it’s a little more active over there and i find them more open to more things… but omg the etiquette that some people have over there is a no like you have to read through peoples rules before interacting with them because i swear like most of the people over there only play females and refuse to double and like most of them don’t even do fandom roleplay either likes its a whole struggle LIKE PLS i wish the wattpad rp community was more active like it used to be because idk how much more of this tumblr community i can take LMAOOO
