I'd consider what I'd say blasphemy if I thought about doing it too. 
But read for read, comment for comment, like for like and many
more. It should be highly argued against since an advertising 
thread provided for the public so please do use it. Yes, I 
understand you want your work to be given attention but there 
are other methods of gaining reads and whatnot that do not 
provide inconvenience to a person.

Wattpad is platform wherein a person is given the tools to hone 
their talents and do what they love to do which is writing and 
reads, likes, comments, and even followers shouldn't be the 
basis of your passion because if you love it then you will still
continue writing regardless if no one or a lot of people are
reading your work. 

Passion is passion and don't let these numbers dictate you.
If they are present then be humble and be thankful.
