“ah.. thank you.” he wouldn’t go into the detail of his name, for he didn’t even know who named him— his absent father or his loving mother. he didn’t offer a response when khari spoke to him, instead simply doing as told and allowed his gaze to follow his index without moving his head to do so.

            &&.ㅤㅤ‎during   his   time   as   hostage,   khari   underwent   a   lot   of   experimentation   and   other   nefarious   activities.   he   lost   a   leg   due   to   this,   and   it   was   replaced   with   a   prosthetic.
            
            &&.ㅤㅤ‎khari's   kryptonian   name   is   kry-el.
            
            &&.ㅤㅤ‎khari   is   a   very   kind   and   outgoing   person.   his   most   notable   character   traits   include;   naivety,   altruism,   kindness,   and   optimism.
            
            &&.ㅤㅤ‎he   is   an   only   child.   in   this   universe,   other   supes   children   are   not   existent.   mostly   because   i   do   not   know   much   about   them.
            
            &&.ㅤㅤ‎because   he   is   a   mix   of   kryptonian   and   human,   he   isn't   as   strong   as   his   father.   he   has   most   of   the   same   abilities   but   to   a   slightly   lesser   extent.   in   the   same   vein,   kryptonite   is   not   nearly   as   dangerous.   it   can   make   him   down   for   the   count,   but   it   takes   more   to   kill   him.

                    KEPT   FOR   TWO   MONTHS   BEFORE   SALVATION,   khari   kent   was   targeted   for   his   relation   to   superman.ㅤㅤ‎while   kryptonite   wasn't   nearly   as   lethal   to   the   hybrid,   he   was   also   not   as   resilient   as   his   bloodline   would   suggest.ㅤㅤ‎being   injured   repeatedly   by   experimentation,   he   lost   his   LEFT   LEG   completely.ㅤㅤ‎it   would   take   his   father   teaming   up   with   BATMAN   to   find   him.
                  in   the   face   of   such   a   traumatic   incident,   he   would   drop   those   very   dreams   of   medical   school   and   realize   his   true   purpose.   he'd   become   SUPERBOY.   clad   in   a   similar   ensemble,   he   would   continue   the   legacy   his   father   passed   down   to   him.

                 THE   NEXT   BEACON   OF   HOPE.   that's   what   they   called   the   young   khari   kent.   descending   from   the   very   MAN   OF   STEEL   himself,   he   was   destined   for   great   things.   but   the   title   of   HERO   was   not   one   that   called   to   him,   as   it   had   his   father.   he   wanted   to   help   from   the   inside—-   becoming   a   DOCTOR   or   even   a   VET.   as   it   was   a   dream   he   was   born   with,   his   parents   did   their   very   best   to   help   him   achieve   it.   even   if   a   small   piece   of   them   KNEW   he   could   be   a   greater   help   wearing   HOPE   on   his   sleeve.
                  his   dream   nearly   became   a   REALITY,   getting   good   grades   and   living   every   moment   to   its   fullest.ㅤㅤ‎ALL   OF   THAT   WOULD   CHANGE   THE   DAY   HE   WAS   TAKEN.
