HOW THE FUH DO YOU WRITE A PROLOGUE WITHOUT MAKING IT A BORING INFO DUMP BACKSTORY THAT MIGHT MAKE ANYONE WANNA CLICK OFF RIGHT AWAY

More seriously, write the prologue like how you feel it babe! I think it’s always interesting to read the backstory at the beginning. Begin with an interesting sentence to captivate the readers’ attention so theyre like « wadafoq i need to more whats going on ». Im not a pro but yeah, if you can, try to not info dump too much (unless if you purposely want to do so) but find a way to put the rest of the informations in upcoming scenes and chapters !
