It's my birthday today and I'm gonna try to ask my dad to buy primogems as my birthday present wish me luck-

So i just finished Jujutsu Kaisen the anime and I want to read the manga, but I've been hearing people saying that they regret reading the manga and that everyone dies so I'm just indecisive like, should I or should I not read the manga? I'm afraid of which characters are gonna die because if my girl Nobara dies I will just endlessly cry a river I'm scared and I have no idea what to do help-
