Hello everyone!
I need your opinions please because I'm honestly a little heartbroken right now.
As you all know i recently unpublished “Angry & Angrier” so I could edit and improve it. I was really excited about the changes and wanted to make the story better than before.
However, after republishing, I discovered that all of the paragraph comments disappeared.
The total comment count is still there, but the comments are no longer attached to the paragraphs. That's over 500 comments gone from chapter 1 and 2 margins.
I've already contacted Wattpad support and from what I understood they’re gone for good :’((.
But right now before I edit any more chapters, I'm struggling with a decision.
I really love the edits I've been making, but I also know those comments are part of this story's history. They hold your reactions, your jokes, your crying, your screaming, and so many memories that mean a lot to me.
So I wanted to ask you all:
Would you rather I continue editing and improving the story even if it means losing those paragraph comments?
Or would you rather I stop editing and try to preserve what's left?
Please be honest. I genuinely want to know what you think.

@kurapikachains404 I think you could have the in the middle where you rewrite it so it has the best of both worlds the better writing while still preserving the history of the original
