Hi i wanted to ask bc i litreally have like no one else to ask this so is it normal that melatonin doesnt work and i cant sleep and when i finally sleep i wake up in like after under 1h or when i dont i usually wake up super late bc my mom is like "just close your eyes and think of something nice" but when i do i just keep thinking and thinking and then i probably end up crying bc i cant sleep and also bad thing is my little Sister who wakes up at like 6am and im usually wake on 6am bc i cant sleep so i just end up not sleeping at all and then im always super tired ☹
@JunkoFuckingenoshim5 that is not normal but I have the same problem I take 9 milligrams of melatonin instead of the recommended 3 and even then I barely sleep. So maybe up the dosage and another tip is maybe have some type of noise. It helps your brain focus on one thing instead of spiraling. I usually have the TV or an audio book. I hope this helps!
