what to do if you open pinterest and you see a book cover for a fic with the same title and fc (and love interest) as your own, check the person’s wp and they haven’t even published the book… i’m not accusing anyone of anything i’m just so confused like what lol

@equaIs the thing is i very highly doubt this person has ever come across my fic, but i expected to go onto their page and see the fic published because coincidences happen sooo often like the fic is named after a popular song etc but even on their message board i couldn’t find anything about them even writing for this character so now im just lost lol
