Had a crossover idea One Piece x Kim Possible how cool would that be

I have read Harry Potter stories where Harry either remembers magic from when he was a baby or finds out by finding something of his parents in the attic at the Dursley’s or something in his vault 
          
          Question/idea 
          
          The Potter’s had to know they might die
          
          Does anyone know if there is a story where they left an invisible trunk or bag on a necklace or bracelet on Harry that would open at a certain age ( before Hogwarts) 
          or have it open different compartments at certain time (like every birthday or in an emergency)

          Could have their wills and other legal stuff 
          One could have photos 
          One could have a living space with a talking portrait of his parents and so on
