          If anyone you know is dealing with a mental health disorder, help them, stay with them, let them know you're there for them. If you are suffering, don't keep your silence, tell someone you trust, find help, it will get better. Every little thing matters, any word you say could send someone over the edge. Please be kind to everyone, you never know what they could be going through.
