i am struggling to write in a fashion that is this terrible. it just radiates the kind of cursed energy i don’t have the capacity to hold.
          
          if it sounds like some kind of fanfiction that twelve-year-old kids write then i think i’ve done my job. but for now, it needs more cursed...

So I'm sure you're wondering: What up? Where's the new Fabricated Spirit chapters?
          
          Well, I have several explanations prepared. 
          
          For one, I haven't written anything else. It took me so long to just write the prologue. 
          
          Two, the prologue is my little sneak peek for you all, I'm going ahead with my usual plan of posting all of the chapters when I'm done. Of course, I won't post the epilogue (yes, there will be one) until later. Suffering at its finest.
          
          Three, I had to visit my doctor for my hand. My cat bit me or scratched me or whatever, and while it doesn't look nasty, it's all swollen. Thank you, @ItsanEchan for helping me see the difference, since my sister only told me it was swollen today. I've been soaking it in warm water in case of infection, and I finally got off my butt to go to the doctor. My usual doctor was busy, but the lady was certainly kind to me.
          
          Bonus, I found out I still haven't gotten three of the vaccinations I should've.
          
          Another bonus, one expires and is due April 12th, 2018. In case you didn't know, that's my birthday.
          
          More bonuses, they've given me a prescription because cats have a certain bacteria and they want me to be healthy.
          
          Even more bonuses, they said that it'd be in the pharmacy, but they lied! It's in Santa Rosa instead!
          
          More and more bonuses, I'm getting a checkup August 11th!
          
          I hate my life, man.
          
          Oh, you want something positive? I got nothing, unless two pills a day for five days counts. 
          
          No? I'll be going.
