Kiri quietly snuck out from the room they had been hidden in, quickly wiping their palms on their jeans as they tried to ignore how anxious they were. It had been nine months since they had last seen Emilio, with the visa system being the absolute worst to them, so even being in the same house as their lover had them feeling teary eyed. They lined up behind Mil's other friends, waiting patiently until it was their turn, standing right behind Emilio. They smiled at the camera, trying to keep their shakey hands from being seen. "buon compleanno, amore mio."

Alexa shifted slightly, trying to ignore the pain in her legs as she almost lost the page she was on. She hated sitting for extended periods of times, and she should have tried to sleep after the long plane ride, but of course the insomnia wouldn't let her. She glanced over at the sleeping man in the bed, sighing softly before going back to reading. As a nurse, the sounds of the beeping machines and soft snoring was strangely comforting, so she didn't mind waiting as the patient got the rest he needed.

Eddie led Volt down the empty street, laughing softly at the other man's dramatic stumbles. One would think he was absolutely wasted, but apparently there wasn't a difference between that and being blindfolded. Eddie gently pulled Volt away from a wall, still keeping his arm looped through his like it had been the entire time. "jesus christ volt, you have somebody guiding you and you're still determined to break something."

Kiri tapped their pencil against their notebook softly, scanning the website before groaning and backing out of the window. They could hear Emilio ending stream in the other room, and for once they found themselves wishing he would stream longer. Kiri pulled up the messages from Ant again, scrolling down a lot further before clicking into another page. This was getting exhausting, but they had to push through. For their future.

Malachi tuned his instrument, strumming a chord before turning to face the audience. He started into his usual performative speech about this being his last song and the one that felt the most personal to this travelling artist, and that this crowd was his best and most energetic crowd and he appreciated them all before starting the song. He knew better than to really scan the crowd, but he couldn't help searching. It had been three long years since that day in the temple, when he held his lover's face and promised him he would find him again...and he couldn't help but keep singing this song in hopes he would find him again.

Santiago felt his hat shift slightly, twitching his ears just enough to put it back in place before continuing to look around the port. It wasn't one he was too familiar with, but his first mate seemed to know it well enough to do a supply run for them. He saw somebody vaguely familiar out of the corner of his eye, turning to look at them before they disappeared back into the crowd. That couldn't be his Ocean...could it??

Oliver spun in his chair slightly, watching the viewers flood in before checking that the game was set up. He waved to the camera, laughing softly at some of the chatters commenting. He adjusted the mask, make sure the door before going back to spinning slightly. "yes we're back in tomagachi island yes i know we just made the miis but we have to fix some things on the island we have a mission today my dear callers."

Fitz adjusted slightly, resting the back of his hand back on the bag of ice before staring at the ceiling. The legs in the air was actually helping with feeling less sore after the period and a half he played, but he couldn't stop thinking about what that guy had said. It was all bullshit really, stupid hockey chirps, but it was really eating away at him. He didn't know why, Fitz knew he was better than this, but it still hurt.

Rocky limped his way out of the room, still cursing loudly under his breath as he walked towards where he was told Grace was. It was almost unbelievable how quickly his fellow humans turned to experimentation, but he shouldn't be too surprised. He thought saving the Earth with the Eridian would mean world and intergalactic peace, but he guessed wrong. He looked around, groaning loudly. "and we were supposed to be better than this, fuck!!!-"

Kiri took another sip of water, looking over at the clock before sighing softly. Dinner was soon, and since they were currently in America visiting family they knew the time difference was probably making Emilio hungry too. They slowly finished the water, putting it in the sink before walking towards their gaming room. It had been changed slightly to also fit Mil's aesthetic, and they made sure to gently knock before opening the door. "am i interrupting anything important?"
