t'was the most needed rest. Just once in a while. Once. Take yourself to places you've never been to. Feed your eyes with sceneries and connect with nature. Fill your stomach with food you've never tried before. Feel the air, the wind, and the sun.
Those experiences are a breather. If you're lost, it will allow you to have a starting point again. If you're overwhelmed with everything, it will allow you to pause for a moment and sort things out again, slowly. If you're confused, it will allow you to think. And if everything was dark, it would give you some light. Don't give up. You're too precious, and nature is too wide for you to not discover its beauty that will definitely heal all of us.
