@JoAnne_101 its not that i didn't like the happily-ever-after ending, its just i thought that it would have been good and a little bit realistic if they have waited until they can pursue each other without any sacrifices on either one's part .

as an independent women i wouldn't want my other half to sacrifice his in dependency for me

again that's my opinion and the ending was good in its own way :)

Thanks for the feedback- I like hearing peoples opinions. You know, i had thought about the 'non-happy-ever-after" ending, but it was entered into a competition sytycw, and the vibe there is happy endings/ romance, but i was so tempted not to let them get together actually- and just make it about her journey. that kind of thing. So thanks for reading and taking the time to give feedback.

@JoAnne_101 Actually i loved your writing style and i would say the ending was a bit corny and the usual happily ever after but who doesn't like corniness and happiness? (it was very good and it would have been amazing with a little twist to the ending)

again thank you for writing such a good book. :)
