Laced with Light

Hi! Guess what? I'm back again, reappearing from nowhere.
          
          I have some important things to say:
          
          In case you haven't noticed, I come and go from Wattpad, and this is because I read a lot on Archive of our Own (AO3). This is where I find inspiration, and I tend to find things that I like with ease and sort of forget about Wattpad for a while. So, if I ever, EVER say something about sticking around or whatever, take my words with a grain of salt.
          
          You can also see on my profile page that I have unpublished all of the stories that I have written. I sincerely apologize if I have let anyone down, I don't feel great about it myself. But I've backed myself into a corner with the stories' plots and can't see anything moving forward. So, I'm sad to say that the things I have written are officially discontinued until further notice. They just didn't make any sense and I didn't want anyone else to read them in case I rewrite them with major changes, to avoid confusion.
          
          Lastly, I have changed my profile page so that it  isn't as embarrassingly enthusiastic. I have changed since when I wrote the description and such, and have decided to more accurately represent who I am now. I renamed myself to something less dumb as well. But please keep in mind that even though what you see is completely different, it's still me, and my urge to write is far from gone.
          
          I was just frustrated with what I have here on Wattpad, and wanted a more or less new start. I have as many ideas as ever swimming around my mind, and I hope to put them in text someday. I just have to power through the bumps in the road and muster the courage to click publish once I'm there.
          
          Until then, I'll be around. Cheers.

My apologies for not updating these past few days. I was on a roll there for a bit, but now I've decided to slow down and plan ahead before I mess anything up.
          
          I'm testing the waters for what happens next in both stories, and I'll update WtRG soon!
          
          Also! About NiF... I'm thinking about it. Thing is, the only ideas I have consist of me just WRITING OUT THE WHOLE MAIN QUESTLINE, which I don't want to do and am pretty sure you don't want to read. I'm trying, I swear!
          
          So yeah. Soon.

Hello!
          Two things:
          One, I had to change my username to Vaneuva so that my brother can't find me. (But I'll still call myself AV Chan.)
          Two, I'm working on something and it's promising! :D I'm really sorry for not posting anything new for so long. I've started like 20 stories and they've all hit a dead-end.
          But now I've got something! And of course it's only when school starts no more than about 2 weeks from now. *sigh*
          I don't know what to call it yet and I've still got a few details to touch up on before I can begin actually writing.
          But still! It's coming soon!

I'm such a wimp.
          
          I remember someone commenting on a story about Doki Doki Literature Club saying, "if you haven't seen or played it, keep it that way". And, stupid ol' me decided to watch Jacksepticeye's let's play of it.
          
          As SOON as the first creepy thing showed up on his game file, my heart started jackhammering against my ribs. I closed out of the video and watched a couple episodes of Ssundee and Crainer playing Sky Factory 4 to cure myself.
          
          Which brings me to the present. 
          
          It is 6:17 AM, and I have not slept. I'm dying of hunger right now.
          
          I'm not horribly terrified of what I saw, per se, but whenever I close my eyes, that creepy image pops into my head along with disturbing fantasies about poor Sayori and what might have happened to her. That leaves me wide awake, mentally slapping myself in the face, like, "what are you doing, thinking about a horror game whilst you're trying to fall asleep?"
          
          Or maybe I AM scared. I honestly don't know anymore; how could I? Again, I'm running on about 10 minutes of resting my eyes.
          
          *sigh* Sorry, I become a mess of half-formed thoughts when I'm like this.
          
          And the moral of the story?
          
          DON'T WATCH HORROR STUFF LATE AT NIGHT. 
          
          Now, If you'll excuse me, I'm going to have breakfast now that one of my family members is awake.

*gasp* I've got it! *slams fists on a table* A mermaid AU!
          
          Cliche, I know, but hear me out.
          
          I've got 2 ideas.
          
          1) Izuku has lived in a boat that's tethered to one of the pier's many docks for his whole life. Once high school rolls around, he decides to join the swimteam. Strange things go down, and he decides to investigate. The results have him questioning what he knows about himself and the world as a whole...
          
          2) Shoto is a pirate and gets led into the water by a siren. But, little does he know, that turn of events isn't meant to kill him, but save him from a much more terrible fate.
          
          Which one should I do? I honestly have no clue. I have more ideas for the first one, but I think I'll have more freedom, if you will, for the second one.
          
          This kind of AU might have more of a chance at not going on hold. I'm feeling good about this! :D
