Writing is in my blood. Yet, I was so indoctrinated to fit the societal norm and pursue more traditional avenues that I kept tossing creative passions aside.
At the age of 14, I was diagnosed as neurodivergent, among other conditions. I tried even harder to fit the mould and excel beyond anyone's expectations, but success wasn't happiness. It was fleeting joy, and unfulfilling after the high.
How my brain works is not something that needs fixing. To me, it's a talent. I'll never be normal, whatever that means. None of us are. We all have our quirks. And this is me.
All the incredible stories on this platform inspired me to take the leap, and I hope you enjoy the journey with me.
