What does everyone use to create their story covers?

Holy rabies everyone! It has been a long time since I'e logged on and updated.  What can I say? Life has come at me full force and kept me on my toes.  Not to mention I've hit a major writer's block that lasted like 2 years. I hope now I can continue to come up with ideas and update but honestly I've been feeling pretty insecure with my work. Just feels like it could be better.  Anyway. I hope I can continue (to progress) and try to update. :)
