Would you consider doing another story similar to Ms sunshine, but change it up slightly.
Mark doesn't sleep with Addison, Derek's oc brother does, but mark was also their when derek seen them and derek being angry at addison and oc also blames mark even though hes innocent, marks parts like, sleeping around, getting callie pregnant and being with lexi go to brother oc.
Mark is in a relationship with OC SUNSHINE, before her internship starts without anyone knowing (met with F oc getting attacked and mark saved her),Mark and oc get pregnant around the same time as Bailey and Bailey and oc get closer with them experiencing pregnancy together.
Female oc is independent maybe inherited money when her family died or something.
Have the female oc, Cristina and alex close maybe when izzie fobs him off for denny.
Fem oc is involved in the shooting with Burke, also maybe involved in the ferry boat experiences, and to change it up slightly maybe she has a pacemaker and she saved meredith instead of derek and her peacemaker fails while getting meredith on the steps.
Izzie bashing and maybe george bashing during the time meredith sleeps with him.
please . Could even have it were mark and female oc tells meredith about Derek's marriage. Could even change it up and have meredith be with someone else when she finds out about addison and derek being back together.

A Derek Shepherd but with a twist he got her pregnant so you can either do it as she had a one night stand with Derek before he met Meredith and they both end up as interns but she’s pregnant obviously she doesn’t say anything either does Derek but he acknowledges getting her pregnant and as she gets further along they bond and become a family with him leaving both Meredith and Addison or.. After Addison drama and Meredith broke up with Derek around Cristina’s wedding Derek starts seeing someone new and she actually gets pregnant and Derek falls in love and jealous Meredith loses out maybe they’re already a world renowned surgeon in her own right triple board certified @lailalibraryy
