A Derek Shepherd but with a twist he got her pregnant so you can either do it as she had a one night stand with Derek before he met Meredith and they both end up as interns but she’s pregnant obviously she doesn’t say anything either does Derek but he acknowledges getting her pregnant and as she gets further along they bond and become a family with him leaving both Meredith and Addison or.. After Addison drama and Meredith broke up with Derek around Cristina’s wedding Derek starts seeing someone new and she actually gets pregnant and Derek falls in love and jealous Meredith loses out maybe they’re already a world renowned surgeon in her own right triple board certified @lailalibraryy
