Gwah! I swear I'm not dead. My writing process isn't very accommodating so as a result, I'm barely on here. I swear I haven't forgotten about this site though. Still working on Hyde and MRV and all that, it's just currently at a crawl. I'd also like to clarify that all my stories are currently first drafts, and that they'll probably be heavily edited in the future once the drafts are done.

Not much in the way of choices for the new title of "Fluid". I'm trying to give three choices. Vote for them by commenting the corresponding number.

I'm not particularly amused by what I titled "It's All Fluid To Me" anymore. It's kinda witty, sure, being an allusion to both the main character's powerset and the fact he's trans since gender norms and whatever are a fluid, ever-changing concept (High-heels used to be a "guys only" thing, look it up) but like, the joke seems a bit weak to me now? Like, the title doesn't exactly make sense from the perspective of someone who neither knows the main character's powerset or anything about trans people beyond "I dunno, they wanna change their parts or somethin'?". Therefore, I'm trying to decide on a new title. Options will be up later today, since I'm gonna need some help on deciding this one.

So, may or may not be once again stuck in the Pit-'O-Papes. A production of Newsies that's ending on the 8th is going on at the Grand Theater in NJ and I've gone to see it twice since it's just that good a production. I went in costume because I /had/ to, honestly. I don't get why anyone would expect anything other than that from me. Last night's performance I went in a hastily scrapped-together Crutchie costume, using a plain cane from the 1900's I just so happened to have used up a Christmas present slot for back in Ren Faire season instead of a crutch. Props are hard and expensive and bulky, and I did not have the time for making a crutch. The cast liked my costume, and the guy who played Crutchie was amazing at the role (and in general just a nice dude). 
          
          ANYWAY! I've several ideas. First is that I need to make a character thing in my compilation book for Dandy Boy, my OC/self-insert. Second is Newsies AU for Davieverse. Yes, an AU of an AU. Just having trouble figuring out who plays whom. Davie could be either Crutchie or Davey, honestly. He already gets a limp when he overexerts himself, so turning it up to all the time for this AU is very plausible. Then again, his name is /literally/ Davie, and he's very much a brainy guy. Gah, dilemmas. Definitely drawing a blank on who Jack is, though.

Myehhehhehheh what are you talking about me getting my idea for Davie from Gotham pairings? What? But his last name- that's because his unwitting genetic parents have two different names and no other combination of the sounds felt right. What are- yes, it's also what the actor who plays Penguin on the show calls that ship, but- I SWEAR I WATCH MORE BATMAN THINGS THAN JUST GOTHAM-

I need to learn how to turn my feeling off and be rational when confronted with someone who doesn't share my opinions on mankind. Pessimism isn't a capital offense, I should know this, I'm probably what would be considered a pessimist on most matters. If anyone knows how to like, force yourself to stop being a whiny rage-baby and think objectively for once, hmu. I need tips.

          Who's Jack Galinsky, and why should I read these 20 fanfics you've recommended to me about him? Also, I don't ever read Real People Fanfics. What makes you think I'd want to read RPF of people who I know nothing about and have never showed any interest in learning about?

Suddenly Wattpad is recommending me stories in like, French and Spanish and stuff... but not only can I not read those languages, I've never clicked on a story in anything but English.
