Its so irritating all i have is crazy notifications that arent for any of my works which is wht i want to see not conversations im not involved with wonder who came up with this bright idea to mix everything up like this

@lalla527 I second that. They need like 2 separate notification feeds...one just for story updates and one just for comments and posts. In one day, I had to sort through like over 80 notifications.

feeling the need to rant on these Wattys because i dont get it, i entered two stories, one Riverdale fanfic "Mad World" which seemed to have the numbers and a lot of people enjoyed that fanfic more than i could've evn imagined yet it didn't make the long list and then my original story Her Romeo also had the numbers and the comments again didn't make it, i literally edited both those stories numerous times made sure they were as perfect as they could be for these awards !! feeling a little discouraged by this not getting into the long list.  As i looked through the longlist to see if i've made it i noticed one interesting thing that there was very few Mature stories in the list..so it has me wondering if mature themed stories are just barely considered in the Wattys reguardless of the supposed welcoming for all genres because this is my 3rd year trying for these things and same result. This year being a little more discouraging then the last two since i edited way more than normal and i know my stuff may not be perfect but damn i was really thinking id get one this year. oh well... congrats to those who made it !! ps. Thank You to all of my readers for their votes and comments it actually means more to me than the watty awards do in the long run.

I just read the description for Mad World and I'm already in love. It's honestly not even the story line (not that that's not intriguing) it's more like your way with words. Sorry if this sounded weird I just saw it and felt the need to praise you.

Doesnt sound weird at all and thank you so much for your kind words. I didnt think this fanfic was going to be such a big hit since it was my first full story fanfic in at least 6 years. I truly had no idea where i was going with this story until i got to the nxt part of it and so on. Once again thank you for your kind words xo~Lalla
